The CEI’s mission is to build a more equitable arts ecosystem by leveraging collective action, resource sharing, and collaboration to nurture individual creatives and small to mid-size organizations led by and for QTIDBIPOC arts communities.
We support organizations in moving toward creative justice, approaching our work through an anti-racist, anti-oppression, and intersectional justice lens. We employ emergent strategy, systems change and cultural humility. Our work is done in deep partnership — aligned with the needs and goals of each organization.
